14th Annual GeoGolf Classic Raises $2,000 for the DCF Kid's Fund

On Thursday, September 15th, GeoInsight employees, clients, and vendors participated in a golf tournament at the Wachusett Country Club, in West Boylston, MA, raising over $2,000 in donations to benefit the Massachusetts DCF Kid's Fund, a support system for abused and neglected children. The donation will be used to fund the organization's annual holiday party, during which the children select and create a Build a Bear, "shop" for and wrap presents for their foster and/or birth parents, meet Santa, and receive gifts. Golf outing participants also contributed backpacks, school and art supplies, pajamas, and undergarments.
Hole in one!
One of the day's many highlights came when Scott Bishel scored an unprecedented hole in one on the 4th hole, a 126-yard par three. Congratulations!
